TMNT: Unused Casey Jones 2

So I was working on different Casey Jones' for this TMNT book

Casey has always been my favorite TMNT side character to me I always envisioned him as this huge badass that beat The Foot to death with a 3 wood and a Louisville slugger. But they always made him into this uber pansy. Like this gay dude hat runs arund allies in sweat pants and a midriff cut off mesh tee. (Seriously..check the old comics and TV show)
I decided this one wasn't hard enough.

I want Casey to come off VICIOUS. As he deserves...anyhow I'm going back to the drawing board this Casey still doesn't foot the bill
